Investment Approach

RTA seeks to acquire high-quality investments in growth markets at a discount to replacement cost. Specifically, small bay, multi-tenant industrial properties with minimal office finish-out (<30%) with an average tenant size of less than 20,000 square feet. Well-located retail properties, with a preference given to centers catering to universities, are also considered. RTA has executed asset purchases between $1mm – $100mm located in primary and secondary markets in the West, Southwest, Midwest, and Southeast.
