Sean Miller is responsible for asset management, including strategic planning, financial analyses and lender relations, as well as sourcing new acquisitions and coordinating due diligence. Prior, Mr. Miller was Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Manager with RM Crowe. He has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, has participated in over $1 billion in commercial transactions, and held positions with The Broe Companies, Amerimar Realty Management Company and was a commercial real estate appraiser. Mr. Miller graduated from the University of Denver with a B.S. degree in Finance and a M.S. degree in Real Estate and Construction Management.
Ryan D. Rubenkoenig is responsible for new acquisitions in the Southwest and Midwest markets as well as overseeing leasing operations for the portfolio. He has over 15 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry and has participated in the acquisition of over $150 million in assets and signed over 900 lease transactions with tenant such as Wal-Mart, Target, Aldi, lululemon athletica, Travelers, S.P. Richards, Cargill, U.S. Bank among others.
Prior to Red Tail Acquisitions, LLC, Mr. Rubenkoenig was the Director of Real Estate Services for Innovative Developers, Inc., leading their third-party services platform. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals as well as serving as an Advisory Board Member of Phi Delta Theta.
Mr. Rubenkoenig graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Finance as well as from Texas A&M University with a M.S. in Land Economics and Real Estate.
As the Vice President of Operations, John Campbell oversees all operations of Red Tail Acquisitions’ 4.5 million square foot commercial portfolio; including acquisitions and dispositions, capital improvements, lease administration, property management, staffing, and policies and procedures.
John has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience managing a range of asset types including Class A Office, Medical Office Buildings, Retail Shopping Centers, Industrial Office Parks, and Financial Institutions. Prior to joining Red Tail, John worked for Simon Property Group, Washington Prime Group, and Hokanson Companies, Inc. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University.
Marlena Widera is responsible for overseeing lease administration throughout the portfolio, including processing leases, budget preparation, OpEx reconciliations and staff training. In her role as operations manager, Ms. Widera interfaces directly with Red Tail’s legal, accounting and IT departments to ensure that all lease information is entered, audited and implemented to the highest standards, using sophisticated Yardi modules. Prior to joining Red Tail, Ms. Widera held positions with CB Richard Ellis and CitiGroup. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California.
Christine Sakaguchi is responsible for all areas of operations and management for the Hawaii portfolio, including leasing. Her portfolio includes office, retail and industrial properties on the islands of Oahu, Maui and Hawaii. Ms. Sakaguchi has over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Red Tail Acquisitions, Ms. Sakaguchi held several key positions at CBRE including Senior Real Estate Manager where she was responsible for overseeing over 1 million square feet of retail and industrial properties. Prior to that, she held the position of Regional Operations Manager overseeing all aspects of business operations including finance and accounting, risk management, marketing, human resources, information technology and facilities management. Ms. Sakaguchi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Nicole Rinker is responsible for retail and industrial leasing efforts in Indianapolis and Chicago, as well as assisting with most new and renewal leases completed within the company, including deal analysis reporting, lease drafting, approval and execution, and lender approval processing. Prior to her current position as Leasing Director, Nicole began her Red Tail career as an Assistant Property Manager, then promoted to Executive Assistant in 2021.
Before joining Red Tail Acquisitions in 2020, Nicole got her introduction to commercial real estate at Sandor Development Company in Carmel, Indiana, where she was a Lease Administrator for two years with focus on OpEx reconciliations, budget preparation, processing leases, lease auditing, and collaboration with the property management team to track important lease dates and deadlines.
Before her career in commercial real estate, Nicole spent ten years in residential property management as an onsite leasing associate, and then as an Assistant Property Manager for Hunt Pacific Management Corporation and NTS Development Company.
Curt Lorenz is responsible for property management oversight of office, retail and industrial properties in our Pacific Northwest and Utah markets, including Spokane, Salt Lake City and Albuquerque, NM. Curt oversees all building operations, including tenant relations and tenant renewals throughout his portfolio. Curt has been with Red Tail Acquisitions for over 14 years and is a graduate of Spokane Community College and an active member of IREM.
Deborah Reeves is a Senior Regional Property Manager for our Texas market. Deborah’s portfolio consists of nearly 1 million SF of industrial properties, where she oversees all operations, financial management, tenant relations and tenant retention leasing. Ms. Reeves has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Red Tail Acquisitions, Deborah held several property management positions at Emerson’s Commercial Management and Harwood International where she was responsible for luxury high rise office properties, as well as private home property management. Ms. Reeves holds a double Associates Degree in Business Psychology and Business Administration from Richland College.
Dan Denchfield is responsible for the property management of office and mixed-use industrial properties in our Minnesota market consisting of more than 500,000 square feet and 130 tenants. He oversees all property operations, including leasing, project management, tenant and vendor relations, and financial management for the Minnesota portfolio. Dan has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry and received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
Miranda Etnyre is a Regional Property Manager for our California, Oregon, and New Mexico properties. Miranda’s portfolio consists of nearly 500,000 SF of office, industrial, and retail space, along with 20 acres of agricultural land. Miranda oversees property operations, financial management, tenant relations and lease renewals.
Miranda is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies.
As the Regional Property Manager, Mark Gettinger oversees all operations of our Minnesota portfolio consisting of over 500,000 square feet of office and mixed-use industrial properties. Mark oversees building maintenance operations, leasing activity, project management, financial reporting and tenant and vendor relations for the Minnesota portfolio. Mark has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and holds a real estate broker license in the state of Minnesota. Mark studied Project Management at Capella University, Minnesota.
Amie Buckley has been in commercial property management since 2017 and joined the Red Tail team in 2021. As Regional Property Manager, Amie is responsible for the Midwest portfolio of properties totaling 720,000 square feet across 6 states. She oversees all property operations, including leasing, project management, tenant and vendor relations, and financial management.
