Multi-tenant industrial and select retail, nationwide, producing financeable cash flow with a purchase price between $2.5-$100m.
Development
Unentitled or entitled affordable and market-rate multifamily development sites of 3 acres or more, located in supply-constrained suburban markets across the West Coast.
